At 27 years old I made the worse decision of my life .I chose to drink and drive and as a result of my choice ,a life was lost and I was looking at 30 years in prison. Being charged with DUI manslaughter was the scariest ,loneliest and most awful experience in my life.Nothing about my case was good , pretty much nothing looked in my favor. The thing I like most about Josh is that he cares.I feel a great many attorneys have lost their compassion and Josh has now become a friend.He answered all ten thousand of my questions..no matter how many times I asked the same question.:no matter how hysterical I was..he answered patiently and with thought.He treated me like a person ..and considering what I did,that means the world to me. In the end ,after many court dates ..I was sentenced to not 30 years, not the 15 that they offered...but 7. I feel Josh is responsible for me getting to have a future.At 35 years old, I can live a great life.Im forever grateful for this. Ive encountered people in situations similar to my own and often times I hear that someone has alot of money and got " the best " attorney or that they found a more weathered attorney.Later ,I hear that these individuals got far more time than me.I believe heart and passion in the law industry is rare and I think to get an attorney with out these qualities is not only a waste of your money but its a disservice to your future:

Josh was an angel is disguise for my daughter, who got herself mixed up with the wrong people, and found herself in jail with charges that could have ultimately ruined her future. My daughter and our family had never had to deal with any criminal charges ever, so we were so unsure of how to handle anything.We did not know where to turn. And then came along Joshua LeRoy Esq. Josh did not have to take on my daughters case but he felt that she was being charged unjustly and took it upon himself to make the difference! It took a few months of back and forth but Josh did not give up until he got the results he expected! Even sick with the flu he came out to meet in front of the judge! My daughter is doing quite well today and has every chance to have a bright future as long as she applies herself.
