- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $89 for the service call/diagnosis fee. And for residential service agreement customers will get much better deal, and sometime we erase the service call/diagnosis fee for the residential service agreement customer.

Graduated from the Trade school. 9 years of experience in the field. 5 years as field supervisor.
