- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment Schedule: After the initial meeting happens and a verbal agreement is reached about the details of the project a contract is created to secure the work. 50% is required to start and 50% is paid upon completion of the project. You will be billed on the payment dates stated in the contract. Your payment source can be either credit or debit card. If the card does not work, the project will be on hold until we have a working form of payment. READ OUR DISCLAIMER on our website. Changes: You may need changes after the last payment is made. Within the first week, very small changes are free. After that the hourly rate of $150.00 an hour for any changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Project Clarity: There will be a discussion at the beginning of the project to communicate your needs. Please be clear and understand that all details are important. Also, you will need to supply files and images that are needed for the specific content you want on your site. All will be either emailed to our business email or sent via Dropbox. Meaning, if you have your own images and want them on the site you must send them. If you want purchased images the cost must be included in the price of the project. If you want certain language/content on the site please send it. Know that if images are not high resolution they will not work.

8 years in web designing, business consulting, marketing and branding. I graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art in 1996
