Introduction: Hello! I am Stephanie Brandt and I am a licensed Cape Cod Photographer. I help create and capture memories for families, friends, co-workers, and communities in Cape Cod, MA. I specialize in Family portraits, wedding, and event (birthdays, parties, gatherings) photography. I hired Stephanie to take private photos of my daughter's wedding. She was very humble when I explained to her I wanted exclusive rights and for our pictures to be kept private. Not only was she professional and courteous, she was also warm and inviting. A total pleasure to work with, and our family will be utilizing her from now on. My daughter was shocked by how well Stephanie captured our guests and just the over all "feel" of the day. We are so very glad we met her by chance one day while we were out shopping, my wife said it wasn't coincidence, but meant to be, and I will say an Amen to that!

I hired Stephanie to take family portraits last summer on Cape Cod. She was incredibly easy to get along with, took direction of the shoot (because we are a rambunctious group, and hard to tame) She was also good with my younger kids (4 yrs/old) and was able to make them warm up to the camera. She was smart enough to take their solo shots first because their attention spans didn't last long! She delivered our photos within the week and they looked amazing. We were all really delighted with how the pictures came out and will always treasure them to remind us of our vacation on the Cape..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings: All weddings start at $1500 for 4-6 hrs of coverage and I apply my premium processing to every usable shot taken, your album is available for one click download about 3 weeks after your big day! Elopements start at $400 Family Portraits: All session fees have a cost per person, by the hour. A typical session for 4 to 6 people lasts about an hour and costs $270 (Includes a MA state tax of 6.25%) and you get 1 click online download of your album. I offer post editing processes like acne reduction, object removal, teeth brightening, and comical effects. Please visit my website for full details on options and cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either talk with a new client on a phone call or through an email to gather details about what the new client is looking for, the location they have in mind, and how I can help them achieve the best portrait session possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with the New York Institute of Photography, and have been working as a freelance photographer since 2007, mostly with youth sports leagues and families for events such as birthdays and weddings. I constantly attend online training in the field of photography from professionals from Nikon and National Geographic. I now operate on Cape Cod where my hobby of nature photography takes me all over the Cape and I meet new clients in this great area.
