Matt is nothing less than amazing. Supportive, encouraging and always there for questions or a sounding board. Between the lessons, written out habits and workouts, it's a great program to help maintain a positive outlook on what can be a very difficult and humbling journey.

When it comes to wellness, I needed a person who was willing to tell me what I needed to hear; not what I wanted to hear. Matt does this in a way that is constructive, rather than painful. He has supported me in my journey to finding a better version of myself.
Through his coaching, I have revolutionized my nutrition. Thanks to these changes, our family is full of great eaters- other moms are honestly jealous about the balanced, healthy meals that my kids enjoy.
