Introduction: I am a hardworking and motivated individual who takes pride in my ability to help my clients navigate through the ever changing tides of today’s real estate market. I graduated from Northeastern University in 1995 with a degree in Psychology but spent my first 3 years studying architecture. Though I continued my education at Boston College, where I earned a Masters Degree in Education in 2000, my love of architecture has never diminished.
Prior to beginning my career in real estate in 2007 I spent many years as a teacher at the Perkins School for the Blind. I have always found great joy in being able to make a difference in people’s lives and helping my clients buy and sell homes gives me the ability to continue to do so.
I fully appreciate the fact that buying and selling a home is a huge financial and emotional experience and I am always willing to go the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible for my clients.

Bill was referred to me through a friend. I had always had it in the back of my head my condo would go up for sale when the time was right. I happened to bump into one of my neighbors one day and she stated she had just sold her condo for a great price. I said Oh? She gave me the details and I started to think. I had been living in my condo long enough I knew the buying and selling trends in the building. I knew this was the time to seriously look at selling.
Bill and I met to discuss expectations of the sale. He worked very closely with me and contacted me with any concerns. Within a week of open house, my condo was under contract with a closing date of 30 days. He never tried to steer me in any direction and discussed all my options before making any decisions. He made me feel like I was the one in control. The closing was completed without so much as a hiccup. I will be using and recommend him to anyone that asks. I will be calling on Bill to use his dynamic real estate skills in the future. This guy knows his stuff!

Bill Corrigall is a fantastic Realtor and the only one we recommend to our family and friends. Bill used serious finesse to meet our seller at a price far below asking. Not because the home wasn't worth what they wanted, but because our budget was firm. Very plainly, he negotiated us into a home we only dreamed of owning at the beginning of our search. The fact that he also managed to keep to our hectic 10 day start-to-contract and 28 day closing schedule also speaks volumes!
