Mr. Kimbell arrived right on time and ready to go to work on my printer repair projects. I had several broken printers. We prioritized the ones I needed most. One brand new printer had a software incompatibility with my computer! He solved that and got it connected to my internet and ready to roll. Another had a paper jam and was also failing to connect to the internet. He solved all that as well. He spent about 3 hours on the tasks and worked steadily. He had a number of excellent suggestions for me going forward and I plan to have him return to help with those. His bill was very reasonable. He clearly loves his work and enjoys a challenge. I plan to hire him again. He was a very friendly agreeable person. You should hire him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique in my line of work. There are standards. However, scope of the work has to be defined in detail first. Then proper detailed terms can be arranged.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Taking down client contact information and expectations and/or scope of job. 2-Preview what their biggest concerns are of achieving the ultimate goals. 3-Realistic time frame agreed on and realized. 4-Meet with person on their terms before start of any time on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College and certificates in the fields of computing and graphic design. Also, 22 years of experience as either a network administrator, free-lancer and or publish Graphic/Print artist.
