Just a great experience with Dan. Good price on my windows. Up front pricing without the usual sales tricks. Can't stand being sold. Dan let me think it over and never pressured me. One nice thing about dealing with Zen was the fact that I got a quote via email and Dan never came to my home to pressure me like other contractors I've gotten prices from. Props to Zen Windows.

Zen Windows installed 15 new windows in our Toledo home which turned out perfect. We can already feel a difference as the drafts have dissappeared. Going to save some serious cash this year on heating costs. So, the soft-lite windows look really good and the installers did a quality job. I actually tried to give Dan money, as I was expecting to make a down payment, and he declined as part of the Zen Windows promise. I paid AFTER the project was finished. Go figure. I'll take that any day.

We did quite a bit of looking around before we decided to go with Zen Windows for our replacement window project. My husband did most of the leg work when it came to researching. Most of the window companies had low prices and sorts of deals like, buy 2 get 2 free. Once we looked into those deals and talked with some of our friends we realized that it was just a trick to get us in the door. So, we decided to use Zen Windows because Dan just gave us a fair price without the price games. So thrilled with how easy it was to deal with Dan and in complete shock that we didn't pay any money until our windows were finished. Made me a happy girl!

Well, I've had my fare share of contractors trying to take advantage of me due to my age. I'm older and must sure seem like an easy target for slimy contractors. Daniel at Zen Windows treated my lovely wife and I very well. He was honest, courteous, and very patient with my questions. At this stage in life, I don't want to haggle or have to be stressed out with tricky sales agreements. I appreciate the honesty and ease that Zen Windows provided to me. Mary, my wife of 55 years, is so thrilled with our new windows. Thank you sir.

Zen Windows did not give me the cheapest quote on windows, but they weren't the most expensive either. So, why wouldn't I just go with the cheapest company? Same thing I argued with my husband about for 30 minutes, LOL. Because Zen Windows said they would install my windows and I could pay them after my job was done. That alone is worth everything to me. Everyone wants money up front. Not Zen Windows. The fact that they are so confident in their product and installation spoke volumes to me. certainly recommended.
