- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Best Practices Audit is normally $750, but for Thumbtack clients it is discounted to $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by providing a Sales Best Practices Audit of a client's sales and marketing process. Once completed, I present the results and recommendations in such a way as the client can "do it themselves" or allow me to work with them to provide a proven repeatable sales process that will improve their business moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in successfully managing sales and marketing for companies ranging in size from 15 employees to thousands.
