Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the entire electrical area of inquiry within my home. I was able to ask questions and receive an informed answer. Josh was timely and communicative from initial reach out to scheduling the actual appointment. Ill definitely be using josh for all my electrical needs going forward. 10/10 recommend!!!

Josh and his co-worker were outstanding! Josh was very creative when determining where to bring in the power for fans since we had no previous fixtures. He completed the job in a timely manner and exactly knew what he was doing while installing fans. Most importantly, his prices are fair and reasonable. You won't go work hiring New City Electricity ! Don't hire anyone else for your work ! Fantastic job all around!

Josh was great! He handled two ceiling fan installations for us with ease - one of which was pre-wired, and the other wasn't. He kept me informed the whole time, gave me sound, honest options for the installation that wasn't already wired, and was genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Josh and his team wired and installed three ceiling fans in our bedrooms. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and went above and beyond to patch up a few nail holes that came through the drywall from walking around in the attic. Josh is very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend New City Electric.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have flat rate pricing that the customer agrees to before any work or additional work needed. There are no traditional hourly rates, if the job takes longer then anticipated then there is no additional charge to the customer.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get bids from qualified contractors and dont always go with the cheaper price. If asking a question, consult atleast two contractors before getting a final answer.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are permits involved?, Is there a possibility of additional fees?, How long would the work take or an outage? Is everything completed up to code?.
