- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that home improvement and repair can be costly, especially electrical work. With that in mind, we truly believe in providing professional services at family prices. We also provide discounts to current and former military members as well as First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Green Home Services believes you should understand what your cost will be before making a decision about the work needing to be done. With that in mind, in most cases we prefer to visit your home to see what service is actually needed. We do not charge for visiting and providing an estimate. You only pay when you honor us with your business.
