FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the Scope of Work for the project is clearly identifiable, I will provide a fixed fee proposal. Sometimes, some "Discovery" is needed, such as exploring options or determining the regulatory process. In cases like this, We'll start with a Feasibility Study. Once the Scope becomes clear, we'll move to a fixed fee proposal for the remaining work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, I typically ask my potential client to fill out my proprietary Pre-Design Questionnaire. This helps identify whether the project is a good fit for my firm, and also helps to clearly identify the Scope of Work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Rensselaer, one of the top schools in the nation. In addition, I minored in Engineering. Combine that with over 30 years experience (over 20 of running my own Architecture Firm) and being licensed in 3 states.
