Jessica worked with me every step of the way for my surprise proposal, and was extremely flexible throughout. My girlfriend had no idea she was even there, and we now have photos (which were promptly shared) that we will treasure for a lifetime. Jessica of Beeden Design was very nice to work with, and her photos were very good. My only complaint is with her responsiveness. She holds down a full time job, and also is busy on weekends in the summer with wedding photography. Thus she was slow getting back to me if I had a question; or if she were busy, I would have appreciated a text or email saying she'd get back to me when she had more time. On balance it was a good experience.

Although I do have a full time career aside from freelance photography, in general, it is common for a photographer to respond anywhere from 24-48 hours in the height of wedding season.
