Introduction: Hello, I'm a personal trainer and Pastor. I always strongly advise a personal trainer. It actually saves you time, money (and a lot of it, frustration, discouragement), potential injuries (I see it everyday), by through pre-conceived notions. There is much misguided information out there about products, etc. There are no quick fixes. But there are quick solutions and techniques that can kick start, and expedite the process.
I can help with weight loss and do it the correct way to keep it off. Most clients at the rate of 8-10 lbs. The first few months. I used to be 70 lbs overweight myself. I made so many little changes that went a long way. Making it fun, creative. I still eat most foods the general do. I'm a true believer in making it fun. No torture is allowed.
I'm also well-schooled in back, neck, shoulder injuries. As someone who had an injury and pain that said could not overcome. They said I'd always live with pain going down my arm, tingling, etc. All that said, I love nutrition and food science the most.
The problem was in and out the door and very little care. For a year I had the wrong approach myself. So I'm looking to give back there. I hate to see people in pain that can easily be avoided.
I absolutely love to see people overcome what they thought they could not do.
