I have been working with Chris for 6 years. I have my own corporate gift gratitude business and at that time I was trying to find a person who would be there for my every computer need so I could spend my time doing my job. Well, Chris is that guy. He has done everything from purchasing computers & equipment, blending my home and office networks, trouble shooting with me remotely, updating software-the list is endless. This week when I was receiving a repeat email at 10 a second into my inbox-I reached out to Chris and although he was teaching a class he rerouted everything until he was able to look into the problem in depth later in the day. So not only will he manage your every need, he will respond quickly. I don't think there is more you can ask for more from a professional. Thank you Chris.

I have hired Chris to oversee many IT projects for me. He is a straight shooter who is easy to get in touch with or prompt to get back to you, and is always there when he says he will be. If there is ever a lingering problem after his initial setup or service call, he provides superior after the sale service. He will go out of his way to ensure complete satisfaction with his work. He once built a system for me that crashed periodically over the next few days and he was on the scene constantly troubleshooting in order to solve the issue for me as soon as possible. It turned out that it was due a defective piece of new hardware and not his fault. He spent a good amount of time analyzing and trying different solutions until he figured out what the issue was. I felt bad that he spent so much additional time on it and tried to offer him additional payment which he flat out refused and stated "All of my work is guaranteed, I want you to have had a good experience." I feel that any other tech guy would have charged me for the diagnostic and repair time as it was not his fault but a bad piece of hardware. He will go above and beyond for you every time without fail, with very fair pricing. Because of that experience i have continued to hire him for projects and have since recommended him countless times to others.

All work is billed hourly Work starts at $59 per hour for remote (Anywhere in the US). On site starts at $75 per hour. Payment due upon completion. Most forms of payment accepted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2000 I received my MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) degree from Microsoft and began working in the field. During this time I began teaching and designing courseware for 3 different schools. I was teaching engineering classes by my 3rd year when I landed a job with a cutting edge accounting firm as an IT manager.
