We unfortunately had a pipe burst in one our kitchen ,that flood the 1st floor and the basement , water seeped into the walls of our bedrooms ,kitchen, living room!! I was so stressed out ! I gave MasonPro Restoration a call and hired them . I was impressed with the fast response! The team was very clear on explaining the process and did everything they could to make a bad situation into a good one.

our hot water heater broke and flooded into our master bedroom. While we did not have a major mold issue, it was clear that we needed mold remediation experts to resolve the issue. Our search landed us with MasonPro Restoration. They appeared to be a reputable company. Tony and his team came in quickly. He and his team were extremely efficient in their work. In addition to that, they ensured that we were aware and understood every step of the process. We highly recommend them for any mold remediation project. Other than being super nice this company was incredibly true to their word. The inspector was very thorough and honest and recommended some additional areas to have sampled that I would have never thought to be concerned about. I was even able to stay in the apartment while they were doing the testing, in fact the encouraged it. Thanks again guys!
