Residential radon testing runs between $300 and $650 for single-family homes. Pricing varies based on testing services and travel distance. Commercial testing for multi-family dwellings, schools, hospitals and industrial facilities is usually bid on a travel cost plus number of samples required basis. These test generally run between $450 and $2500.

New customers are provided with a written quote/invoice detailing the services provided and timing of the testing. Payment is due upon arrival at the location. Short-term testing for real-estate transfers is performed over a 48-72 hour period. Laboratory analytical results are provided within 5 business days of sampler pick up. Testing protocols require closed conditions for 24 hours prior to teal sting, except for normal coming and going.
