Fully licensed and insured we can be found on the states pac agent list. Every day is a learning experience. Alpha Wildlife removal 05.22.2017 There was a noise in the attic like some animal was running so we decided to hire Nicholas because he could start on the next day and the online reviews were good. He promised 24 x 7 services and asked $450. He did come next day and installed the trap on the roof (Friday). He said somebody will check the trap daily but this was not the case. On Sunday we discovered that trap was closed and something was inside. So we called Nicholas but he came only on Monday. He reinstalled the trap (it was a bird) on the roof and inside the attic. On Wednesday the outside trap was closed again and we called Nicholas but he did not come. On Friday in the morning we called again, we needed to fix the hole and remove the trap from the attic because we would not be at home. He started to talk about rain but we did not have rain until 2 pm that day. So my husband had to climb to the attic to remove the trap himself. Nicholas did not come. When we returned from vacation we called him (Thursday) again, he said he will come on Monday next week. My husband ask him to return money back if he was not able to do a job. He promised to finish. Nicholas did not come on Monday and stopped pick up the phone. Our advice: Do not hire this guy. We lost money that we are not able to return. And now we need to find somebody else to finish the job. His promises of 24 x 7 service and 2 year warranty – it is not true.

Nick used his red heat camera in our attic. There were no critters in out attic. He suggested that the noise could be birds nesting under our solar panels. He did not charge us for the visit. We will definitely recommend Nick.

They came out and provided estimate. Came and put up a trap and did part of the job. They never came back to finish the job. I paid them in full but the job was not completed. Nick stopped responding to calls and texts. Seemed very respectable and trustworthy. But - he isn't. Very disappointing.

Our typical process usually starts with a phone call. A brief discussion about the animal or noises that you are hearing and then a home inspection, that last for as long as it takes to find your problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the state university of new York in Oneonta. Alpha wildlife also attends all state training as required.
