Introduction: I have been a healthcare professional for the past 15+years. I have worked as a nurse at some of Nashville's finest hospitals. I currently teach at a local college, and I enjoy making CPR engaging! As a healthcare professional I have sat through some painful CPR classes, I am proud that my classes are full of laughter and we learn a lot! I have taught everyone from children who babysit, church groups, day cares, nursing students, industry/factory workers, to 100's of doctors in medical school. I tailor each class the the individual! I also offer refresher courses after the fact. I offer Heartsaver/AED/First Aid, and BLS for healthcare providers. I can teach individuals or groups up to 13. If you have a larger need I can arrange that as well!

Dyana's class was clear, concise, and not insanely long like a lot of CPR/BLS renewal courses tend to be! She makes sure you are competent & comfortable with the info before testing. I'll definitely be recommending her to my coworkers & classmates.

Dyana was by far the best CPR instructor I have ever hired. She was to the point, informative, and answered all my questions regardless of how silly I thought they might be. She makes the class fun and entertaining and I highly recommend her.

Dyana is AWESOME!!! She is a wonderful instructor. She is very informative and thorough. I will definitely put out the word. As a matter of fact I have already started putting the word out. She makes sure you know your CPR skills and you leave her feeling confident that you can use them. She does not rush thru it and she takes the time to actually teach you. She is great lady with a contagious smile and she makes you want to learn and become all that you can be. I'm so glad I chose her as myou CPR instructor. I could not have made a better choice. Much thanks to Dyana for taking her time out of her very busy schedule and much thanks to thumbtack for hooking me up with her. All I can say is AWESOME!!! AWESOME instructor and AWESOME person to boot!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Varies depending on the type of course. Group discounts are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out the type of course they are needing, and their time frame. Some courses are now available as a blended course where the majority of the class is completed online and they come to see me for a skills check. Not everyone likes blended classes, so finding the right class for each person is important!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates of Science in Nursing (ASN) and a BS in Healthcare Administration
