FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within the first session, I identify strengths and weaknesses within my client so I know what to work on and what to ignore (for the short-term). I walk the client through warm-ups that they should do before they step on the court/field every time they play. I help mentally prep the client for the workout they're about to go through and the long-term commitment that vertical training requires. I offer my consistent help throughout their process of developing themselves into the greatest athlete possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from the Penn State University. Here, I focused my attention on how to grow my business to reach a wider group of people while still maintaining a personal, small business feeling. I have 4 years of personal research, trials and error with training and experience training a wide variety of athletes of different abilities and statures all working towards similar goals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up dreaming of dunking a basketball. Once I graduated high school, I told myself I would dunk before my next birthday and I did. The reactions I got from family and friends was amazing and this led to me training some of my friends. After they saw amazing results, I knew it was time to turn this into my profession. I thoroughly enjoy the process of training and helping others develop that same love while reaching their goals. Being 5'8" doesn't mean you can't dunk! Hard and smart work is what it's all about.
