Introduction: SKIGH Athletics specializes in vertical training for basketball, volleyball and football players. Head trainer, Andy Lloyd, trains clients individually and also does group/team sessions. From jumping plyometrics to lifting and jumping technique and regiments, SKIGH Athletics has the programs and guidance to allow all athletes to reach their full vertical and athletic potential. At just 5'8" I thoroughly enjoy helping all of my clients to reach their goal of dunking a basketball (even the ones taller than I am, as well!). I also enjoy personally watching my clients grow throughout the process of training through SKIGH Athletics. Confidence increases as well as all aspects of their athleticism. Once clients trust in SKIGH and the progress that is available to be made, the relationship becomes much more casual and the progress SKIGHs through the rood!

Worked on the farm with this guy and he gets down and dirty. Deadlifting hundred pound boulders. And not to mention all the ball busting from our boss.

This program provided me with the knowledge and guidance i needed to help myself get back into shape for the basketball court. The Skigh regimen should be used by anyone who wants to improve their vertical leap or just get int better shape overall. Highly recommended.

Andy was by far the best trainer I've ever worked with. His athletic skills come through in every video he offers. His talent far surpasses many others.
