- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate schedule is as follows: Per Project Rates Literary Consultant/Co-Writer: Begins at $2500 Ghostwriting Fiction & Non-Fiction: Begins at $4500 Hourly Rates for all Writing Related Projects: $65/hr Website Design: $100/hr Social Graphic Design: $25 per graphic Flyer Design: $50 per flyer Logo Design: Begins at $250 per logo All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. No completed work will be delivered until final deposit is received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either speak with the client or chat with them online to determine their needs. Then once it is determined that I'm the right fit for the project and payment rate is agreed upon I will send a contract that must be signed. Once the contract is signed, I will create a plan of action for the project (book outline. copy outline, graphic ideas, etc.). Once the project is completed, the final deposit will be requested in order for deliverables to be sent. Most contracts include 3 rounds of revisions without any additional costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in English from Muhlenberg College. I also have over 15 years of professional experience.
