Introduction: In 2009, Sage Fitness was created by personal trainer Jordan Schneider in an effort to provide a more personalized and professional experience than what was being seen in big box gyms. Exercise was only just becoming the social media mainstay it is today and boutique gyms were not yet popularized. The unique atmosphere and consistent results led to Sage Fitness becoming a recognized name in fitness and a well known brand in the Queens area. Their third location was in the middle of being built when Covid hit, putting a halt to the construction and opening the doors for a new career path. Having recently moved on to becoming a director at a telemedicine startup, Jordan continues to personal train clientele locally within Huntington, New York, and surrounding areas. His experience and education are a unique brand not typically found in at-home personal training. ***I am fully vaccinated (Pfizer) and am more than willing to wear a mask through the entirety of the session. Started my personal training with Brandon 2 weeks ago and feel better already. He is a great trainer that motivates me and I love that he introduces me to new exercises and equipment . Sage is a great gym and I would highly recommend it to my family & friends .

i like sage fitness because its a friendly calm enviroment. Sage fitness also has really good work out machines. i been going to sage fitness for personal training. so far my experience with sage fitness has been being enjoyable and i always look forward to my upcoming sessions.

I was looking for a personal trainer to jumpstart my fitness goals and provide me with some accountability in working out. I also am a medical student and couldn't spend an insane amount of money. Sage Fitness has been perfect in every way! It is a trainer-based facility, so it's never packed. I'm working one-on-one with a trainer for a very fair price that was adjusted and lowered so that it could work for my circumstances. My trainer is so nice and pushes me but also knows when to let me rest. He's very obviously knowledgeable on fitness and training and gives me exercises that I never would have thought of otherwise. The hour flies by and is fun! This isn't some crazy intense drilling place unless you want it to be and everyone is really professional. The owner, Jordan, also personally gives you nutritional counseling and helps guide you along the way. I'm going to be meeting with him for my first nutrition session this week. I was only going to be doing a month originally, given my schedule, but I'm already planning out a long-term commitment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependent on both travel time as well as size of package purchased.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will start with an in person free consultation which will incorporate a verbal assessment to understand your constraints, goals, and just get a better idea of who you are. We'll then go into a light warmup and progress into a more difficult workout, tailored as we go to get a better sense of your current fitness level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Nutrition as well as Exercise Physiology. I have 18 years of personal training experience which includes owning and operating some of the most successful and high volume personal training centers in NY. My experience has made me an expert at unlocking people's potential.
