What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
International Society of Appraisers (ISA)  National Auctioneers Association (NAA)  Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA)  American Society of Appraisers (ASA)
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with clients worth in excess of $5 million dollars for IRS Estates and Probate. However, this is not a requirement or threshold one must meet. Insurance appraisals and equitable distribution among family have been provided on single items.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your appraiser has strong credentials, which experience is required to gain. If your appraisal is less than 15 pages, you probably don't have a USPAP compliant appraisal.
