- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design services start @ $85.00 an hour for general design work. If there is travel required we have travel expense that can be discussed at time of request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to exchange contact info via e-mail and it is solely up to the client how they would like to communicate. We ask the customer to provide us with all the info they have on their project and then we will start the design process. questions will be sent as they come up and we modify or up date per the customer. Once we feel we have satisfied the customers requests we will provide the detailed drawings to the customer for review. Once the customer reviews and signs off on them that the drawings are what they need the we will bill the customer.

Design technical college degree.
