- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 Standard Federal, State & Local returns - prepared & efiled with the tax agencies Schedule B,C, & E have an additional cost based on the amount of work involved. All other services are quoted after speaking with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with prospective clients on the phone or in person. We go over what services they are interested in & what is expected from me. A price is quoted after we agree on the services. All hours are by appointment only.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take 24-30 hours of federal income tax updates, ethics, and 2 electives to obtain my yearly AFSP certification. I have worked under the guidance of a2 different CPAs for 15 years prior to starting my own business & have been in business for myself since 2010.
