- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and will price match any professional that is offering the same services (other DJs official quote required). We typically charge by the hour, but pricing is based on event type as well. A travel fee may be applied for longer distances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will gather basic information to set up access to our online planning software. From there we try to set up a meeting to better understand your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a background in audio visual technology as well as computer science
