My Windows computer was completely unusable. I had several viruses and was getting errors about my registry being corrupt. He repaired my windows install, removed the viruses and the spyware. He set up some free software to help me keep my computer running quick. Super nice guy!

Allen scanned my computer for viruses and malware, cleaned it up and installed updated virus protection. He also installed a really neat thing that looks like a little "ticker" at the top ofthe screen that monitors how much free memory I have. If my computer starts running sluggish,. I click on a refresh button andit frees up more storage to make it run quicker. It is so much faster now. No more waiting 3 minutes to load a page!
