- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call and discuss options and pricing. Then we would come out to the location to get measurements and show samples. Next we would prepare a proposal for the customer and send it through email. Next, the customer will make their decision and we would draw up a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA construction certification. 14 years experience in industrial grade epoxy installation. 20 years experience in stonework installation. Our owner was raised in a construction working family so general knowledge in all areas of construction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers from residential, small business, big business, commercial and pharmaceutical. We treat all of our customers with the same respect no matter the size of the job.
