I have used and recommended Brown's Carpet Care for many years on our properties and to our many real estate clients. Countless times when it looked like the carpet was beyond saving Brown's professionally cleaned and saved it, and saved clients money and helped sell the home. DON'T rent a "rug soaker"! You'll be disappointed in the lackluster job and the water you leave in the carpet will cause mold and mildew. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Pro Realty sells many homes each year thanks to Brown's carpet cleaning skills and equipment. Numerous times clients and myself are prepared to purchase new carpet, thinking ours is past saving and Jason say's "let me try Chris I think I can clean it to your satisfaction". And a large majority of the time he does! Who does that?? They sell carpet and could recommend new carpet. Yet, honesty and ethics drive their business model. Questions? Call me. With two dogs, kids and construction boots grinding dirt into a near white carpet for four years I had doubts. But Brown's worked miracles and the carpet looks amazing. Even the stairs look great. Thank you Jayson for a great job.

To start off, my entire family has been using Brown's for a very long time. So when me and my fianc were buying our house there was no doubt in our mind that we would be using them to have our carpets cleaned before moving in. The previous owner owned a dog, so the very nice carpets needed a facelift. They came out in the morning right before we left for closing and they were done when we got home! I wouldn't recommend another company over Brown's. It's hard finding a trustworthy and honest company these days, but I'm happy I was able to find one in Brown's.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to give as much information as we can about the situation at hand. Asking questions of the customer about the condition that they're experiencing and treating their home like it is our home. We like to make friends with our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three Masters certifications. One for textile cleaning, one for water restoration, one for fire and smoke restoration. I also have an A MRT certification for bacterial remediation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
With 36 years in the business we have worked with just about every type of customer there is. young, old, single, married, handicapped, large families and small families. Rich families and poor families. We try to do our best for them all.
