- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to give as much information as we can about the situation at hand. Asking questions of the customer about the condition that they're experiencing and treating their home like it is our home. We like to make friends with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three Masters certifications. One for textile cleaning, one for water restoration, one for fire and smoke restoration. I also have an A MRT certification for bacterial remediation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
With 36 years in the business we have worked with just about every type of customer there is. young, old, single, married, handicapped, large families and small families. Rich families and poor families. We try to do our best for them all.
