- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have hidden fees. I will go out on site, give an honest assessment and price the job accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like direct customer contact through speaking briefly on the phone prior to going out on site. This enables me to develop a personal interaction with the customer and get a quick assessment and better understanding of the work needed before arriving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LICENSES: State Of MA Journeyman Plumbing License, State Of MA Master Sheet Metal License, State of MA Process Piping Journeyman License, OSHA Safety License, Ward Flex Certified.
