I have been working with Mr. Mizell and STAMI Group for just a little over a year with my community's hoa financial books. I was new to the nonprofit sector and unclear about the financial documents required by the federal government. Mr. Mizell simplified the complex document language, and he educated me on the best approach to tackle all of the requirements. He worked closely with me to understand my vision for the organization, and he created a financial plan that matched my vision and met federal requirements. Eight years later, I still use the plan as the organization's model.

Throughout my professional and entrepreneurial journey, I have always been involved in the fields of industrial and systems engineering, software development, accounting, finance and continuous process improvement. I love listening to my clients and partnering with them to not only DEFINE the root causes of their issues, but begin to properly MEASURE the issues and develop ways to systematically eliminate the issues. My goal is continuously develop solutions for my clients that will IMPROVE the overall value and profitability of my client's firm.
