- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client pays no fee for our services. There is no fee for creating the personalized spending plan, and obligation to use our services once the spending plan is created.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients are asked to fill out a Data Sheet that lists their debts and outlines their financial goals. No sensitive personal information, social security numbers or account numbers are needed. We simply need a description of each debt (Visa, Car Payment, Mortgage Payment, etc.), the interest rate of each loan, and the loan balance. From that information we create a personalized spending plan to pay off each debt, increase savings, and reduce tax exposure. There is no fee for creating the personalized spending plan, and obligation to use our services once the spending plan is created.
