- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor time/materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to see the project before we present you with a quote. We offer free onsite walkout appointments where we meet with you to go over your project. We can also quote you based on pictures alone however, we have found that it works best to meet client's onsite if the installation sounds more complicated than just your average TV mount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs have been with us for years and the owner, Chuck Terry, has been doing A/V installations for over 20 years. Chuck Terry is also Crestron, URC and RTI certified. We specialize in Yamaha, URC, Crestron, Sonos, and so much more.
