- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for services vary in accordance with the complexity of the situation that needs to be dealt with. However, in comparison with the expertise and charges by other professionals on the same field, I offer the best value for more than very reasonable or lower fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview the customer on information about the required task to be done and discuss real value and cost of my work. If a long term engagement is required the customer may be requested to provide a reasonable retainer fee which demonstrates customer's serious interest in being help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in accounting. I am an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. I am a Notary Public. Certification in QB requires continued update and passing of yearly examinations. EA requires continued education and training during the year for certification. All these jobs require passing of exams and continued education that proves competency of the individual. Notaries need to renew licenses from the state.
