I hired Cornerstone Builders in early summer for a 12'x20' deck adjacent to the back of my house. The whole experience was worry-free and went mostly as planned. Aside from having to wait a couple of extra days for my particular railing to come in, the project was finished reasonably on time and stayed within the original quote. (I can't fault them for the delay.) They explained the process as the deck was being built in lay-person's terms, so I actually learned some things too. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends/family. Job well done.

Meet with customers, discuss their needs , put together an estimate, sign contract, put together an organized schedule for the customer, complete project, final walk through with customer and ensure customer is happy.
