Our family worked with Karima while our daughter was studying of for the HSPT exam. Karima not only assisted our daughter, but two other friends at the same time. All of the students were in 8th grade, two girls and a boy. Each of the kids had busy extra-curricula schedules, but Karima was able to find time to accommodate everyone. Besides Karima’s pleasant demeanor, she was incredibly engaging and patient. She had to work with three different students in the evening on Sundays for two hours and somehow she kept them interested and focused. She was able to address all of their questions and keep them on task to cover a large amount of information. Besides going over the material, Karima was able to address a fundamental concern, which was test confidence. The three students not only did well on their tests and were accepted to their top choice school, but more importantly, they all felt comfortable taking the exam because Karima had made it familiar to them. By alleviated their test anxiety, they were able to focus on the task at hand and perform well. All the families will definitely use Karima’s services in the future.

I have been studying for TOEFL with Karima since August. She is a friendly and very knowledgeable English teacher. My writing, reading and speaking skills have improved so much because she helps me see my mistakes so I can know how to correct them. I am also more confident when I speak to others and I am not afraid to express myself anymore, especially at my work. I think she is perfect for anyone who needs to do better in English. My son needed extra support in math, reading, and writing. 7th grade academics isn't my strength so I decided to get him an online tutor to work around our busy schedule. Not only did Tutor Partners accommodate us by being time-flexible, but they also made my son feel confident in his performance abilities. At the close of his first trimester, he earned all As and Bs on his report card, and was suddenly helping out his teammates with their math homework! We offer discounts to first-time clients, as well as for repeat clients and referrals. Our pricing model allows us to offer very competitive pricing that is affordable for every budget without sacrificing quality. We are a small business that operates fully online, which reduces overhead costs associated with running multiple tutoring centers, but still, allows us to reach students across the country. We reward customers who look for long-term services, as many students often need, by offering lower prices according to the number of tutoring hours purchased. We are happy to match any competitors' price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll design a customized learning plan to ensure that your individual needs are met and goals are achieved. Step 1: You'll be assessed either through a diagnostic test or tutor assessment, so we can pinpoint your areas of weakness and quickly tackle them head on so you can see immediate improvement. Step 2: We'll work with you to create a path to success, using data from your diagnostic test or assessment as a guide to help you student smarter, not just harder. Step 3: We'll track your progress, periodically throughout the duration of your personalized course and define your plan as needed.
