- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to first-time clients, as well as for repeat clients and referrals. Our pricing model allows us to offer very competitive pricing that is affordable for every budget without sacrificing quality. We are a small business that operates fully online, which reduces overhead costs associated with running multiple tutoring centers, but still, allows us to reach students across the country. We reward customers who look for long-term services, as many students often need, by offering lower prices according to the number of tutoring hours purchased. We are happy to match any competitors' price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll design a customized learning plan to ensure that your individual needs are met and goals are achieved. Step 1: You'll be assessed either through a diagnostic test or tutor assessment, so we can pinpoint your areas of weakness and quickly tackle them head on so you can see immediate improvement. Step 2: We'll work with you to create a path to success, using data from your diagnostic test or assessment as a guide to help you student smarter, not just harder. Step 3: We'll track your progress, periodically throughout the duration of your personalized course and define your plan as needed.
