- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing from a full service window company. We are widely known for having the “best value” for the dollar. Also, we always have some kind of sale or promotion going on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and collecting information from the homeowner about what they are looking at doing. From there we cover options and start narrowing down product and covering the installation process. Then we go into pricing for the project and discussing budget and payment options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had hands on training in my earlier starting years with apprenticeships in certain trades. Annual refresher courses and EPA Lead certified. Our manufactures annually have training on product and new technology as well.
