FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are a rough estimate for a single session. Keep in mind that additional fees may apply for long distance travel or prop rental. Ideally classes will be bought in packs for a month at a time or in packs of 5.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will have a 15-20 minute chat about your issues and goals to make sure that we will be a good fit. Next, we will schedule an introductory session to explore your needs further and develop a strategy for your yoga journey. From there, we will create a plan to work together once, twice or three times per week with sessions that are tailored to give you the most benefit and fit into your life seamlessly. Self-care requires consistency and dedication. We ask that you make a 5 class commitment with us to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching yoga since 2014. I am RYT-200 certified and IYN-500 certified. My yoga trainings have specifically centered around hatha, bikram, yin, restorative, and remedial yoga. I have also completed training in mindfulness and meditation.
