- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and pricing is done on a per job basis. There is normally a one time set up free for embroidery. Then there will be a fee to sew your logo or design on what every you want it sewn on to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can email your order in and then we send back an order acknowledgement - giving you the details of your order and a proof of what your art or design will be. Once you have signed off on the proof then production begins on your order. Then the order will be check and boxed and put in the mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I have finished my MAS designation. I am working on my MAS+ and working on my CRS designation. They are industry certifications.
