I was searching for price quotes for new furnaces, I knew what I wanted. High efficiency, above average furnace with humidifier. I received 5 quotes from 5 different companies. Lenny's beat the everyone's quotes by quite a few hundred dollars. Lenny's Home Service gave me the exact furnace specifications that I wanted and an awesome humidifier. I the service representative was polite, friendly, courteous. He took his shoes off, asked every question that I would not even have thought of. Due to his extreme experience, knowledge of his job and being very specific when describing everything that needed to be done. The big one in my book that sold me on this company was Jake treated me like an equal. Not pushy, demanding or treating me like a stupid woman like most sales representatives do to women. I want everyone to know how wonderful this company is. I have and still will give praise and refer this company to everyone I know. Jake represented this company like he owned it. Awesome employee. Jake is always welcomed in my home. If I ever need anything in the future I will not go anywhere else I will just call Lenny's and save me time. They are hands down the best company I have had the pleasure to work with, but only if Jake does the job.

Jake, the tech who visited my house was courteous, on time and completely professional. Even though he was there to fix the furnace, he put a new hanger on my dryer vent house so it would work better. 5 stars isn't nearly enough!
