The closing was just completed on my condo in Arlington. Attorney David Silva was my attorney throughout the sale. David did an outstanding job throughout the sale process, from working with the other unit owner of my two unit condo, to helping me get documents notarized in Switzerland (where the other owner lives), to keeping me informed on what was going on, things to do that popped up, and advising me when I had questions about the often confusing process of selling a home. David also stuck up for me in a couple of instances where some slightly sticky issues came from the buyer attorney. David is professional, very responsive, and has excellent attention to detail. At Silva Law LLC our mission is to provide each and every one of our clients with superior legal representation in a cost-effective manner. We understand that often people do not have a lot of money to spend to pursue or defend an action against them. We work with all of our clients to make sure that they are not over extending themselves with the cost of legal fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with each client at their convenience and can meet them at their home or neighborhood coffee shop to go over their concerns and objectives. Our goal is to achieve great results for our clients, while providing reasonable expectations and cost analysis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Attorney David M. Silva has been dealing with Real Estate matters for over eleven years, and has been practicing law for nearly seven years. We continue to keep up to date with the latest case law and continued legal education seminars.
