What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer D & B All Property Maintenance always will make sure that are customers feel happy that they given us a call. We will answer any questions that the customer ask. Are goal is to make sure are customers are happy with the great customer service we have. When you call we will first talk with you about the services you are looking for and tell you ideas of ways we can help, After we get your address and name we will make a time to come out and see you. When we come out D & B will take before pitchers. We will give the customer a contract and make sure that both party's agree on the contract. After the job is done we will take after pitchers for the customer to see and when the job is done we always make sure before we leave that the customer is happy.
