Alex is just great. He will come to your house and diagnose the likely problem and let you know approximately how much it will cost to fix it. I have gotten his help for many years and he has never exceeded his original estimates. And, his prices are more than reasonable! I have mostly gotten his help for repair of older electronics, where getting parts can be a problem, but he has always come through for me. He can also repair the latest systems and TVs too. He is just a wonderful man and a great technician. I couldn't recommend him more highly. You won't be disappointed!

I had hunted around for a TV repair shop and read a lot of truly horrifying reviews. It was so dicouraging that I looked for DIY instructions. Those were even more frightening. Then I found Alex at Leon & Leon. I discussed the situation (2 TVs that refused to power up), he explained how he works and what things cost. No evasive hemming and hawwing or criticism of my self diagnosis . He came to the house, let me watch, explained how we could tell which parts had failed and which had not, and got both units up and running in no time. Lovely gentleman, very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Don't throw out that flat screen!!! Fix it, with Leon & Leon.

Mr. Leon arrived exactly as planned, quickly repaired our tv for a charge I considered quite reasonable, explained what he had done (replaced fuse), and was an unobtrusive, pleasant presence in our home for the brief time he was here. He kindly and knowledgeably answered some other questions we had about feeds into the screen. I recommend him without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide troubleshooting and estimate to all customers. Every electronics have different needs and repairs. Based on the type of service, we offer two to three different estimates for the electronics as well as the customer's budget. Our goal is for our customers to make the right investments for fixing their units.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we want to be friendly and familiar to build a professional trust and get to know the customers. We answer all their questions honestly and based on the knowledge in the field.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician has a college degree in analog and digital electronics. We have 30 years of experience in the field as well as in the business.
