- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide troubleshooting and estimate to all customers. Every electronics have different needs and repairs. Based on the type of service, we offer two to three different estimates for the electronics as well as the customer's budget. Our goal is for our customers to make the right investments for fixing their units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we want to be friendly and familiar to build a professional trust and get to know the customers. We answer all their questions honestly and based on the knowledge in the field.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician has a college degree in analog and digital electronics. We have 30 years of experience in the field as well as in the business.
