Our pricing is determined by the needs of our customers and will vary from project to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on your needs, we will conduct a free assessment either in person or over the phone. At this point, there is no obligation to you whatsoever. After completion of the assessment we will develop a plan and share it with you. Should you decide to proceed, we will write up a contract outlining what is expected from both parties. The next step is to set a work day that is convenient for you so we can install equipment and train you on how to operate it. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and build a long-term professional relationship adding to our history of great customer reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee of ICU Agents is qualified and registered with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice. Combined, we have almost 40 years of experience in electrical and computer networking; physical and electronic security; audio/video solutions; and communications.
