Introduction: I am an experienced Interior Designer in Washington Metro Area. I had been working on high-in homes ranging from 6,000-16,000sqft. In various capacitites over the last couple of years. I graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts, concentration on Interior Design and Architectural Design. Urban Concepts & Design is created by my passion for color, patterns, art, and the love of design, "Every day is another day" the idea of a new life and new beginning of a smile of a person or breathing new life into a room. The form, views, lights, functions and space models the way our relations flow, our spirits are expressed, and our inner feeling evolves. I am confident and strongly believe that design transforms our urban and daily lives, and enhances our functions. I am experiencing the challenges in Interior Design to create high-quality works and allow me to improve my skills and have a cutting edge over great designers. Interior Design field is a very complex mix of arts and management. Every project is different from the other, no two clients are the same and that what enjoy most about this profession. I love to explore new ideas, layouts,colors and patterns, themes and styles to suit my clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do rough estimate of time require for a project from clients description and calculate my fees at $60.00 per hour. depending on the job I might be flexible with time and money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work one on one, on the phone or via email. I have successfully transmitted CAD files to clients over the emails. During construction and installation I prefer to be on site more regularly to make sure the project is coming up as per my drawings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts, concentration on Interior Design and Architectural Design. Always looking for trends and new design in this field working along with other designer and architects.
