As a starting point, we really appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment and James coming out on a Sunday to clean our carpets! He was punctual, professional, and fast. We had stains from our dog tracking in mud and from cleaning products being spilled on our carpet, and James was somehow able to make the carpet look brand new. We are thrilled and highly recommend him!
