FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We put on shoe protection then ask our customer to show where location of the furnace in the house is. Next we start bring our equipment in and start opening up vents. We plug up an air pressure pump to let the air build up. Then we cut an access hole in the air duct above the furnace to put the vacuum hoes in. We start start the vacuum and start whipping the vents, the air passes blows the dust down or up to the furnace depending where the furnace is located at. We clean each individual vent and vacuum the area we where in. While two of my crew members are clean the vents, the led tech will be cleaning the furnace. When we are done the led tech wil spray a sanitation spray in the blower motor while it's on, so it can spread to all the vents in the house. We close everything up and do a walk through.
