- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly rates for smaller jobs but also offer package prices for larger jobs that require multiple visits and/or handyman services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with an initial phone consultation where I will ask you to share photos/videos to evaluate the level of services needed. During the first session we will evaluate your space, further discuss your goals, estimate the number of sessions needed to achieve those goals, then dig right in and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts and studied Interior Design at Marymount University with a specialty in Space Planning. I also lived in New York for the first 25 years of my life and learned how to create solutions to maximize space while maintaining an air of spaciousness.
