- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically speaking we have a set schedule of charges. The pricing is based on digital delivery and location being one of our outdoor sites we shoot at. Prints can be purchased directly from the gallery from the nations leading pro printer. It's definitely well above the quality you get at the local drug store kiosk. Portraits or Headshots typically 150 Engagement Sessions 400 Wedding packages starting at 1500 That being said, prices will vary, less or more, depending on the requirements set and the fact this is a quote site and not an ad.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically phone, Facebook or text for initial inquiry. We then try to get a feel for exactly what they are looking for. I don't mean headshots, or wedding. I mean the feel of the shoot. The emotion they may want the shoot to invoke. A look or style. How they want us to capture their unique beauty or memories. We then set up a time and place if it's as simple shoot or we set up an in person meeting of it's an engagement or wedding. We want to get to know you better so we know how to capture the real you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were both photogs in school and have since really made the push to learn all we can from the worlds leading photographers. Jason Lanier, Scott Robert Lim, Jasmine Star, John Greengo, & other Sony Artisans of Imagery. These in person, multi day, master class intensives are critical in rising to a level YouTube will never get you to.
