- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer a 3 month commitment of 1-3 sessions weekly. For smaller commitments, my price increases slightly. Partners can train together for same price. Prices also differ slightly depending on location of session. $50-$60 hourly is my typical fee. I also offer a one time comprehensive session for $200. It includes consult, movement analysis, specific restorative stretches and exercise recommendations with a single workout that can be done 1-3Xs weekly. Diet recommendations are sometimes included, depending on client's goals. Workout can be updated monthly for $70
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Utilizing a health and exercise questionnaire and several types of movement analysis, my first sessions focus on conditioning and addressing imbalances, while giving nutritional guidance as needed. I typically give homework right away and it progresses along with the training program as quickly as I can safely, professionally build successes for my client. Your success is my success!
